With over three decades of experience as a Youth Correctional Officer and running a school within a youth prison, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by high school students.

Tony is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the field of youth correctional services. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology, and Doctoral studies and research in Administrative Leadership, Tony possess a deep understanding of the psychological and developmental needs of young individuals.
In addition to his academic achievements, Tony has been recognized for his exemptional dedication and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. He was honored with the prestigious Governor’s Beacon Award from the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for his outstanding contributions.
